Well I just received mine in the mail and I must say its a nice book. Its well made with handy conversions on the tabbed dividers. The easel ability is great, comes in real handy. The only fancy I didnt give this 5 stars is that the report is a exiguous deceiving. There are only two plastic covers for the pages, one in front and one in back. They way they retell the book makes me believe that all the pages are covered in plastic, but they are not. When your cooking you can take off the two plastic covers and place them in the book to cover the formula that you are using at that time, so that is ok, but its not what I expected. All the pages should be in plastic sleeves for protection.Please Check Update Here!!
